Your rent covers a fully furnished private or shared bedroom, access to all common spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen, outdoor areas), all utilities, high-speed WiFi, and on-site laundry—no surprise fees!
Question 3: Is there a minimum or maximum stay requirement?
We offer flexible stays—guests can book for as little as a week or stay as long as they need, whether it’s short-term or long-term.
Question 4: What are the basic rules for residents?
To keep our community safe and welcoming, we have a strict no drugs policy, and we cannot accommodate anyone who needs daily medical care, has severe mental illness or challenges, or has a history of serious felonies. Non-violent reentry residents and those with minor offenses may be considered.
